Returns Eligibility

We want you to love your new look! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The wig must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

  • Lace must not be cut, and the wig must not be worn or styled.

  • All original tags, nets, and packaging must be included.

  • Custom or clearance wigs are final sale and not eligible for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Wigs that have been worn, washed, or cut (including lace)

  • Custom-made wigs

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Opened accessories (e.g., wig caps, brushes, adhesives)

  • Items returned without authorization

 

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges on eligible items. If you'd like to switch to a different style, color, or length:

  • Please contact us first to confirm stock availability.

  • Exchanges must meet the same return conditions listed above.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us at support@empowerwigandco.com within 10 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any photos (if needed).

  3. We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.

  4. Ship the item back to us in secure packaging.

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the item is returned ineligible, we will notify you and can ship it back at your expense.
